Smart Climate Solutions has been successfully working in the field of Hydronic solution for heating and cooling system since more than 20 years. It has been introduced recently in the UAE for the strong need of clean environment and energy consumption.

The main objective of using this technology is to significantly reduce energy consumption without reducing the efficiency and the operating safety of the system to maintain the ideal and healthy environment according to the user’s desire.

The units installed eliminates the use of fans, motors, filters and ducts which are considered as source of dust and pollution as well as maintenance cost at the long run. The new system includes the PPR tubes, sub cooling station, manifold, and the source of cold water the chiller.

In the system of Smart Climate there are no fans, so the formation of draught is completely excluded. The air in the room moves naturally - it does not overcool, does not pick up dust, and does not contribute to the appearance of allergies and colds. (No Transfer of Bacteria)

Easy Maintenance

Minimum operating and maintenance costs. The closed water circuit of the System does not need filters, water topping and periodic service. Maintenance requires only the outdoor unit - the chiller (if any).

Due to the operation of the System at higher temperature conditions, its application is possible in combination with renewable sources of cold and heat Ground geothermal collectors, Solar vacuum collectors, Heat pumps, etc.

Reliability and Durability

German technology tested for decades. Original materials and equipment. Manufacturer's warranty for capillary tubular mats and solder joints for 15 years. The service life of polypropylene pipelines is up to 50 years. Solder joints, in contrast to threaded joints, eliminate leaks. Resource and reliability of water pumps is an order of magnitude higher than that of air conditioning fans.

Freedom of ideas for the interior

There is no unaesthetic indoor unit of the traditional air conditioner in the room. Capillary mats can be installed above ceiling, wall mounted or hanged depending on the interior design requirements. They can be completely hidden. Due to the flexibility of capillary mats, their use is possible on any curved surfaces (vaults, columns, arches, etc.).

Energy Efficiency and Cost-effectiveness

The coolant is water, not air, as in traditional air-conditioning. The exceptional physical property of water is its high Cooling/heating capacity. It carries 4.2 times more heat than air. Thus Our system will use a supply water temperature between 5-10°C to be able to remove the humidity since the supply water temperature under dew point. If there is no humidity, there is no need to spend an extra energy of the chiller on cooling the water to 7 ° C (as it does in traditional systems). A temperature of 14 ° C is enough for the Cold Ceiling System to keep the room cool”
